The Main Surgery Center is located on the back side of the hospital at 4401 Booth Calloway Road. We offer a pickup and drop off area next to the surgery entrance for your convenience. You may park in the lot closest to the surgery entrance.
The Day Surgery Center is at 4375 Booth Calloway Road, Suite 100.
