Adult volunteer program at Medical City Frisco

Medical City Frisco volunteers are respected members of the healthcare team. Whether they are escorting patients to their destination, providing clerical assistance, or serving as a family liaison, their support is an essential ingredient in delivering the highest quality health care available in Collin County. We invite you to join our diverse team of energetic, dedicated, and compassionate volunteers.

Volunteer service areas include:

  • Information desk greeters and guides
  • Chaplain services

Volunteer shifts are scheduled in four-hour increments once a week (Monday – Friday) from 8:00am to noon or noon to 4:00pm. There are no evening nor weekend shifts available.
