Medical City Alliance recognized among nation's safest hospitals with seventh straight 'A' grade
Fort Worth, Texas — Medical City Alliance has earned another “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group for fall 2025, marking its seventh consecutive top score. This achievement places the hospital among an elite group of “Straight A” facilities nationwide, recognized for sustained excellence in patient safety across its system of care.
“This recognition is a testament to the unwavering dedication of our entire team,” says Glenn Wallace, CEO of Medical City Alliance. “Every day, our caregivers prioritize patient safety and compassionate, high-quality care, and this honor reflects their commitment to healthcare excellence.”
The Hospital Safety Grade is a national distinction awarded twice annually, evaluating hospitals on more than 20 evidence-based measures related to errors, injuries, infections and safety systems. An “A” grade indicates a hospital’s strong performance in preventing harm and improving patient outcomes.
“My sincere congratulations to Medical City Alliance for achieving an ‘A’ Hospital Safety Grade for seven consecutive rounds of the Safety Grade,” says Leah Binder, president and CEO of The Leapfrog Group. “Consistently earning an ‘A’ demonstrates a long-term, organization-wide commitment to putting patient safety first.”
