Lita Kapuscinski, Medical City Healthcare SVP of Strategy and Development
Dallas, Texas — Lita Kapuscinski, DPT, MBA has joined Medical City Healthcare as senior vice president of strategy and development.
In this role, Kapuscinski is responsible for strategic growth initiatives, including physician partnerships, service line development and other efforts to improve healthcare programs in the communities served by Medical City Healthcare.
With more than 25 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, Kapuscinski most recently served as the market chief strategy officer at Carondelet Health Network in Tucson, AZ. Prior to that, she spent 16 years at AdventHealth in Central Florida, serving in various roles including AVP of business development, market director of business development and director of rehabilitation.

Kapuscinski earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Sports Medicine and Athletic Training from the University of South Florida.
