Michelle Wildman named Medical City Las Colinas chief nursing officer

Michelle Wildman joined Medical City Las Colinas as Chief Nursing Officer on September 8, 2025.

Irving,Texas — Michelle Wildman, RN has been named chief nursing officer (CNO) at Medical City Las Colinas, starting Sept. 8.

Wildman has served as the ACNO of Medical City Arlington since June 2024. With her leadership support, the hospital advanced quality outcomes, enhanced nursing leadership and fostered greater employee engagement.

“Michelle joins Medical City Las Colinas with an extensive background in strengthening operational performance, innovating hospital culture and advancing the future of nursing,” says CEO Christina Mathis. “Her expertise and leadership will be instrumental as we work to enrich the patient experience while reinforcing our position as the destination of choice for healthcare excellence.”

Wildman has 25 years of nursing experience and began her HCA Healthcare career in 2015, serving in progressive leadership roles at Medical City Fort Worth and Medical City Lewisville. She earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. In 2020, she was recognized as a DFW Great 100 Nurse.
