Alexander T. Nguyen, MD

Dr. Nguyen is a double board-certified general and reconstructive plastic surgeon. As an expert in complex reconstruction, Dr. Nguyen has developed numerous innovative approaches, including robotic and minimally-invasive surgeries for breast, pelvic, and lymphatic reconstruction. He led the team which pioneered and transformed lymphatic surgery in the Unites States. His practice focus is on complex reconstructive surgery, particularly microsurgical breast and lymphatic surgery.

Dr. Nguyen is passionate about improving quality of life with reconstructive surgery. He offers the whole spectrum of breast reconstruction options and unique procedures not provided elsewhere. Dr. Nguyen believes if something is fixable, he can fix it. He incorporates “cutting-edge” microsurgical procedures with traditional lymphedema therapy using state of the art imaging and equipment.
