Carlos P. Cruz, MD

Carlos P. Cruz, MD, graduated from Baylor University at Waco with a bachelor of science in biology. He then served a clinical externship at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham, England. From there, he attended the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, where he received his doctor of medicine degree.
