Biography
Dr. Michael Downey grew up on a cattle ranch in New Mexico. He played collegiate basketball at New Mexico Military Institute (NMMI) graduating valedictorian. He received his bachelor's degree (BS) with honors from Baylor University where he received his commission in the Air Force (USAF) as an officer. He graduated at the top of his medical school class at Midwestern University then completed residency at JPS Hospital and was Chief Resident of the Foot/Ankle division. He then completed a foot/an
