Dr. Butt is a fellowship trained advanced Gastrointestinal, Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic surgeon who specializes in minimally invasive and robotic surgery to treat conditions that includes the whole spectrum of general surgery, surgical oncology and reflux disease.

I firmly believe that in order to provide the best and complete surgical care, a surgeon should be able to manage the most challenging surgeries and at the same time should be able to relate to the patient at a personal level. Being diagnosed with a surgical condition can be a life changing event; compassion and empathy towards the individual is of utmost importance, and I feel that is only possible by treating all my patients as if I were treating my own family members.
