Dr. Flora graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with an undergraduate degree in Biology and Business Administration. She then pursued her medical degree at Texas A&M University College of Medicine in College Station, Texas. Dr. Flora completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Ascension St. John Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
