About Todd A Spencer, MD
Biography
Dr. Spencer comes from a proud family of surgeons and Aggies. He completed his General Surgery Residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. His Vascular Surgery Fellowship was completed at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where he trained with Dr. Micheal DeBakey.
Dr. Spencer is excited to continue serving and caring for the community where he resides and has raised his family.
